Serafab products are made using 3D printing filament materials selected to create distinctive visual character, texture, and ambient lighting in every design.
Are Serafab lamps suitable as bedside lamps?
Yes. Serafab lamps are designed to provide soft warm ambient lighting that works comfortably as bedside lighting and room ambience.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery time is around 2–5 business days for Java and 4–7 business days for other regions in Indonesia, depending on the destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, Serafab only ships within Indonesia. For international inquiries, please contact our team via email.
Warranty
How does the Serafab warranty work?
All Serafab products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product experiences any issues, simply send photos and details of the problem through your account. We will send a replacement unit at no additional cost and without requiring the original product to be returned.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, impact or drops, improper use, product modifications, or other external factors.

What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA), credit cards, and QRIS payments — all securely processed through Midtrans.
