Serafab Warranty Policy
Serafab uses a replacement-based warranty system instead of conventional returns.
If your product experiences issues within the 1-year warranty period, simply send photos and details of the problem through your account or email. We will send a replacement unit at no additional cost and without requiring the original unit to be returned.
Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, please send photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
